Q: Do you have connecting rooms?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms, but we will do our best to arrange your rooms as close to each other as possible.


 

Q: Can I request a room on a high floor with a view?

A: We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, please bear in mind that the hotel is surrounded by tall residential buildings, so the view may not meet your expectations.  However, we will try to provide you with a room on the upper floor as much as possible. 


 

Q: Do you have a baby crib/baby cot?

A: Free of charge baby cot is available for children from 0 to 18 months old and bed guard for children from 18 months to 5 years old.

*Please note, that we have a limited number of items available 


 

Check IN / Check OUT

Q: Early check-in

A: Our standard check-in time is 3:00 P.M.

Early check-in is subject to availability and additional rates as follows:

3 hours - one-third of room rate.

6 hours - half of room rate.

6+ hours - full room rate.

Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this arrangement.

It is also possible to leave your luggage with us first and pick it up later. We provide this service free of charge. 

*Please note that we do not accept valuables and frozen/chilled items.


 

Q: Late check-out

A: Our standard check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

Late check-out service is subject to availability on the day and is not guaranteed. Please consult with our front desk staff.


 

General / During your stay

Q. Do you have a pool?

A. We do not have a pool on site. We do, however offer spacious Relaxing Bath House with sauna.


 

Q. Can I wear a swimsuit to your bathhouse?
A. For everyone's comfort, please respect the bathhouse manners listed HERE


 

Q. I have a tattoo. Can I still use the bathhouse?
A. You are welcome to use our bathhouse if you have fashion tattoo(s), however, please bear in mind that Japanese tattoos associated with members of an anti-social force are not allowed. 


 

Q: What is your child policy?

A: Children under 6 years old who share the same bed with their parents, stay free.

Children over 6 years old are subject to adult rates and must take separate beds.


 

Q: Can I check my luggage before check-in time or after check-out?

A: Yes, we can keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please refer to our front desk staff for assistance.


 

Q: Can you help me to ship my luggage to the next hotel?

A: Unfortunately the hotel does not offer transportation services. Should you wish to ship your luggage to your next destination, you can do so from the 24-hour convenience store located on the first floor. With inquiries regarding the rates and delivery window, please kindly refer to the store clerk.


 

Q: Can I send my luggage or online orders before check-in?

A: We can receive your luggage on your behalf and keep it until your check-in time. Please write the hotel address, your (booking name), and check-in date on the shipping label.

Q: How much is the breakfast?

A: Details of our buffet breakfast of both Western and Japanese-style dishes as follows:

6:30A.M. - 10:30A.M.(L.O.10:00A.M.)

Adult JPY 3,277

Children (7 - 12 years old) JPY 1,808

Infants (6 years old and under) Free

*Prices include consumption tax and a service charge 13%.

Q: Does the hotel have a concierge service? E.g. that can help with off-hotel restaurant reservations?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer concierge services at our hotel. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, our front desk staff might be able to assist you, however, as a general rule, for reservations and inquiries outside of our hotel, we ask all our guests to coordinate it directly with the restaurants, shops, or service providers. 


 

Q: Can I request a non-smoking room?

A: All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking


 

Q: Can I reserve parking?

A: We have 100 parking lots available, therefore you do not need to make a reservation in advance. The parking fee for hotel guests is JPY1,700 / 24h.


Access and Location

Q: Do you have a shuttle bus?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer transfers from/to the airports, please use public transportation.
